Mileage up to 50 miles outside of the of downtown Chicago is included in all packages.  Beyond 50 miles of downtown will incur an additional mileage fee of $1.00 per mile.

Yes, the photo booth can be setup in the same room as the event.  We suggest setting up the booth prior to the start of the event not interrupt guests and activities.  Inquire about idle hours for setup prior to an event and use of the photo booth.  

It takes approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes for setup.

We will need access to an electrical outlet.  Our PixPod Steward come prepared with WiFi, electrical cords, and photo printing supplies.   

The PixPod is perfect for indoor and outdoor events.  If considering for an outdoor event, we ask to ensure it will be placed under a covered area and placed on a sturdy floor.

The AirPod photo booth measures 8ft. x 8ft. x 8ft.  The Open AirPod backdrop is adjustable up to 8ft. x 8ft.  They both can seamlessly mesh with any decor and event space.

Yes, we can provide a customized photo booth to have as a resident in your establishment on a weekly, monthly or long-term basis.  This is ideal for hotels, nightclubs, restaurants, and fitness studios with high-end clientele and heavy foot traffic.  Inquire about our Residencies.

Photos can be retrieved in three ways: 1) Add-on unlimited prints from the photo booth; 2) order a Memory Book with a copy of the guests photos and personalized messages; and 3) host also receive digital access to their photos post the event

Our booth harness the latest technology with the capabilities to take photos and GIFs.  This is a standard feature included in all booth packages.

Social PixPod can use a logo you currently have for your branding.  Please send logos in a high resolution format file such as .jpeg, .pdf, or .png.  If you don’t have a branded logo but want one–no worries–we’ve got you covered.  Inquire with us about brand design pricing.

Our friendly PixPod Stewards maintain an organized booth area at all events.  PixPod Stewards are professional and wear appropriate attire for each event.

Each PixPod setup can hold up to 10 people.
